If it still struggles after a couple of tries, the app will take your best shot anyway and let you place the lines yourself with a fingertip.

Yes — right after every scan, the app walks you through each line one at a time. Drag any point and the reading re-measures depth along your corrected line from the photo. Your reading will honestly note which lines you adjusted.

Yes. Planets move slowly — your Moon sign, nakshatra, dasha timeline and most placements stay solid without a birth time. The app uses a sunrise chart and clearly labels anything that depends on the exact rising sign as provisional.

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not by us: open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PalmTara → Cancel. You keep premium until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.

Everything lives on your phone, so you're always one tap from gone: delete any single reading from History, or use Profile → "Delete everything". Uninstalling the app also removes all of its data. There is no copy on any server — we never had one.

First check the birth details (Horoscope → Edit birth details) — a wrong time zone or a birth during daylight-saving time can shift the rising sign. If placements still look off against another kundali source, email us with your birth details and what you expected; we take calculation reports seriously.
